When will I get my order?
For items available in our warehouse, standard delivery usually takes 4–9 business days. As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey in real time through our Track Order page.
How can I cancel my order?
Need to cancel your order? Cancellation requests are accepted only before an order enters fulfillment. Please note that a 5% cancellation fee applies to cover payment processing costs, as these charges cannot be recovered once payment has been processed.

Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled, but it may be returned after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.
